How long does it take to process a document？
We generally translate 3,000 – 4,000 Chinese characters per day. Checking and editing can add a little more time to the total, but you can generally count on the processing time by (the number of Chinese characters divided by 3,000) plus one.

How we count the word quantity？
－ For MS-Word format document, please click "Tools", choose "Word count" from the drop down menu, and read the item of word numbers.
－ For Power Point, PDF, print materials, it will be manually counted.

How much we charge？
－ It depends on the contents of the document, rush time requirements, special format making requirement etc.
－ For long term client, we'll negotiate a reference price beforehand. Should there be any special requirements, the price might be different and it is open to discuss. Otherwise, we'll follow the price.
